1. The contract of rent

For reception in rent of stock and the building equipment convincingly we ask to warn about quantity of a material and a condition. Stock returned by firm-tenant and the building equipment should be absolutely pure, in technically working condition, without damages, it is completely identical to stock at the moment of reception.

3. The mortgaging sum

 Beginning cooperation consists the contract with SIA Riga rent it is possible to receive stock in rent after entering the mortgaging sum. The mortgaging sum depends on volume of stock in rent and as the physical or legal person concludes the contract on what you will be informed by workers SIA Riga rent. Physical persons having concluded the contract of rent can receive the building equipment and stock in rent, having paid the mortgaging sum which by all means depends on a total cost of stock.

4.The account for rent

The account for rent of the building equipment and stock should be exposed and sent up to 16 numbers of each month and-or last number. On all questions or casual misunderstanding we ask to inform the responsible project head.
